Tea.

I love it. Maybe it is because I grew up with it. My grandparents were avid tea drinkers, my grandmother NEVER drank coffee. It was always properly brewed and prepared. Tea was the end to a meal...every meal. It was how I got to stay up later when I was young!

Now I mostly drink herbal teas, straying away from my background in black. I've come to appreciate the flavours in most types, and I hope my tongue will continue to serve me well as there are so many different teas to try!

Tea is a plant. Isn't that a pretty picture? All tea (minus herbals) come from the same plant. This plant Camellia Sinensis is the mother of black, green, and oolong.
